Condolences

Condolence From: John Darilek
Condolence: Phil was a very good friend and good to work with. He hired me 15 years ago at Sachem and was my first boss. We worked together on several projects in Austin, Cleburne, Japan, and China over the years. Always enjoyed working with Phil. He was always kind and respectful to everyone. He will be greatly missed by many friends.

Condolence: I had the honor to work with Phil in Cleburne, Austin, Japan, China and Taiwan over a period of 17 years. He was my first boss at SACHEM and I couldn't have asked for a better mentor and friend. My sincere condolences to Chiemi, Linda and Jimmy. The world needs more people like Phil Kent.

Condolence: My sympathy and prayers to the family. It is very painful to lose a loved one, but they are forever with us in our thoughts and memories. I only had a chance to know Phil for a few months, but I will always remember what a kind, and thoughtful person he was. Condolences.

Condolence: My Condolences to Phil’s family. I have known Phil for over 30 years. Professionally, I watched Phil become a critical element of the evolution of SACHEM from a small volume producer of products to a large volume, global producer of products and services. Not long after construction of the Cleburne Plant, Phil gave me my first tour of that site. I remember Phil as a kind man, who would ask about your wife and children by name and discuss various interests that included gardening and traveling. Phil was very smart but he came across as a very down to earth person who never forgot where he came from. He also had a good sense of humor. I could go on and on because I considered Phil a friend. He fought a good fight. He will be missed.
