Funeral services for Charles William Jordon, 63, of Covington, Texas will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 17, 2017 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Craig Evans officiating. Committal service will follow at 1 p.m. at Rosehill Cemetery in Cleburne, Texas.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2017 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Charles Jordon passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at his home. He was born in Whitney, Texas on August 31, 1953, the son of Emma Dalley (Cude) and Lester Weldon Jordon.
Charles married Kelly Looper in Cleburne on October 4, 2002. He was a member of Living Proof Church in Grandview, Texas. Charles was a truck driver for Over The Road Freight.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Lester and Tim Jordon; sister, Ethel Jordon; and mother of his children, Paula Kay Jordon.
Charles is survived by his wife, Kelly Jordon of Covington; son, Christopher Jordon; daughter, Sarah Corley and husband, Jeremy; grandchildren, Arie Jordon, Case Corley, Chezleigh Jordon and Rhythm Corley; brothers, Richard Jordon and wife, Glenda; Henry Jordon and Jeff Jordon and significant other, Deloris Cogdill; close niece, Heather Mitchell and husband, Devin and their children, Kayden and Kamron; close nephews, Michael Lamon, Billy Lamon and Marshall Jones; and numerous other family and friends.
