Carol Andrea’ Hays
Services for Carol Andrea’ Hays, 81, of Clifton, Texas, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017 at Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Rio Vista Cemetery. The Rev. Robert Herzig will officiate. The family will receive visitors 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jody Hays, Gil Hays, Mike Anderson, Sam Hays, Ryan Hays, and Hunter Hays.
Andrea’ went to be with the Lord on Friday, Oct. 20, 2017 in Clifton Texas. She was born Jan. 11, 1936 in Cleburne, Texas, to Margaret Elizabeth (George) and James Lamar Austin. Andrea’ married Joe Sam Hays on Jan. 4, 1956 in Cleburne. She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church.
Andrea’ was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe Sam Hays; grandchild, Erin Anderson; and sister, Eloise Harvey.
She is survived by her sons, Jody Hays and wife, Robin, of Godley, Gil Hays and wife, Bonnie, of Hudson, Florida; daughter, Samantha Anderson and husband, Mike, of Clifton; grandchildren, Sam Hays and wife, Katie, Ryan Hays, Ally Blevins and husband, Taylor, Hunter Hays, Rachael Anderson, Emily Anderson, Audrey Anderson, and Ava Anderson; sister, Beverly Dodd and husband, Paul, of Houston; and numerous other relatives and friends.
