Funeral services for JoEtta Joy Rose, 89, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday, December 17, 2017 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Al Booker officiating. Burial will follow in Keene Memorial Park Cemetery.
A visitation will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Doug, Dennis, Kevin, Andrew and Marion Kopf and David and Bryan Crane.
Mrs. Rose passed away Thursday, December 14, 2017 at her home. She was born in Canton, Oklahoma on May 5, 1928, the daughter of Loretta (Klopfenstein) and Joseph Dumler.
JoEtta and Donald W. Rose were married in 1963 in Keene, Texas.
She was an LVN at Walls Regional Hospital for over 33 years, retiring in 1996 and was a member of the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Mrs. Rose was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald; sons, Gaylon Mark Kopf and Marion Gene Kopf; daughter, Lori Jo Kopf; and sisters, Velda Mae and Vivian.
She is survived by her sons, Douglas Kopf and wife, Lisa, of Windom, Texas, Dennis Kopf and wife, Ambi and Kevin Kopf, all of Cleburne; daughters, Brenda Farmer and husband, Cecil, of Waynoka, Oklahoma, Jean Fields of Clarmore, Oklahoma, and Jane Tiger and husband, George, of El Rino, Oklahoma; brother, Kenneth Dumler and wife, Balinda, of Beaverton, Oregon; 14 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
