Funeral service for Guadalupe Bursiaga, 76, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Sergio Rizo officiating.
Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 6 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Mr. Bursiaga passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at his home. He was born in Needville, Texas on November 12, 1941, the son of Maria (Camposano) and Sostenes Bursiaga.
Guadalupe married Manuela Ochoa on October 12, 1961 in Vernon, Texas.
Mr. Bursiaga was an assistant operator at Johns Manville for 38 years and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; six brothers and three sisters.
Mr. Bursiaga is survived by his wife, Manuela Bursiaga of Cleburne; sons, Guadalupe Bursiaga, Jr. of Cleburne and Gilbert Bursiaga and wife, Julie, of Granbury, Texas; daughters, Josefina Murphy and husband, Dennis and Mary Lou Scott and husband, Timothy, all of Cleburne and Monica Sams of Arkansas; three sisters; 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
