Graveside services for Mary Patricia Collins, 85, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at DFW National Cemetery. The Rev. Earl Sides will officiate. The family will receive visitors 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Mary passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born Aug. 21, 1932 in Queens, New York to Marie Jesse (Bergeron) and Michael Sean Uniacke. Mary married Richard Arlen Collins, Sr. on Feb. 9, 1952 in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Mary served her country in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict where she was a hospital nurse. She was of Catholic faith and retired from the medical field where she was a nurse.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and daughter, Renee Aston.
She is survived by her sons Dennis Collins and wife, Diana, Michael Collins, David Collins all of Cleburne, Scott Collins and wife, Lorraine, of Rio Vista, Richard Collins, Jr. and wife, Kristi, of Los Angeles, California; daughter, Erin Collins of Kingwood, Texas; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; and numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Community Hospice of Texas at 301 Medpark Circle, Burleson, Texas 76028.
