Condolence: My heartfelt sympathy to the Valdez and Kimm families. The last time I saw Ann was on the basketball court at Northwest Missouri State. A few years prior to that we would see each other on one softball diamond or other in Iowa. She was always a force to be reckoned with. In keeping with that spirit, I am not at all surprised to learn that she will be remembered by so many as a tireless supporter of her students -- while never losing that classic smile.

Condolence: How can you say goodbye to not only a sister, but my best friend. We will say - see you in heaven. Joe and Caleb, I love this "girlie" more than anyone will ever know, and I love ya'all with that same passion. May the Lord be with us all as we continue to remember just how wonderful she was.

Condolence: I played basketball with Ann at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Mo. We had a great time together. She was a great person, a great athlete, a wonderful team member, so much fun to be with on long trips to games. I am grateful I got to wear the green and white with her as a Bearkitten!
