A memorial service celebrating the life of Brenda Latrese Hamm, 69, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Monday, November 12, 2018 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Steve Mullen and the Rev. Kenny Rigoulot officiating.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Latrese Hamm passed away Friday, November 9, 2018 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born in Cleburne on August 25, 1949, the daughter of Ruthell (Scarberry) and Charles McVicker, Jr.
Latrese married David E. Hamm on June 14, 1969 in Cleburne.
She was an educator; teaching one year in Fort Worth, six years in Cleburne; and 23 years in Rio Vista, Texas. Latrese later worked at United Presbyterian Church in Cleburne as an administrative assistant. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
Latrese was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Kent McVicker.
She is survived by her husband, David E. Hamm of Cleburne; son, Trent Hamm and wife, Allyson, of Cleburne; daughter, Monica Latrese Miller and husband, Lt. Col. Zebediah Miller, of Liberty Hill, Texas; and grandchildren, Zadie Hamm, Amelia Miller, Lydia Miller and Harrison Miller.
