Obituary for Lois M. McClain (Thurston)
A memorial service celebrating the life of Lois M. McClain, 84, of Rio Vista, Texas will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2018 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel.
Lois passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018, in Arlington, Texas. She is now in her eternal home with her Lord and family who have gone before her. Lois was born in Richmond, Virginia on October 22, 1934 to Marie (Miller) and Hugh Thurston.
She was formerly of Grand Prairie, Texas but lived in Rio Vista for the last 34 years.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters and a son.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Roy McClain; sons, Roy Jr. and wife, Randy and wife, Ernest and wife, and Darryl; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
