Joyce Tinsley passed away Friday, May 3, 2019 at her home. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas on July 30, 1961, the daughter of Joy (Moore) and Thurman Tinsley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Vlad; and son, Daniel Tinsley.
Joyce is survived by her daughters, Rachel Tatum and Angie Steed and her husband, Chance, all of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Tommy Steed, Netum Steed, Trenton Liggatt, Kayden Lane, Paxton Lane, Carlie Tatum, Arielle Tinsley and Mikylie Tinsley; brothers, David Tinsley, Paul Tinsley and wife, Angela, Tim Tinsley and wife, Kim, Ben Tinsley and wife, Kim, Phillip Tinsley and Joe Tinsley and wife, Pat; sisters, Tommie Wicker and husband, Frank and Pat Tinsley; and a host of other family members and friends.
