Cryptside service for Frances Belle Commons, 88, of Burleson, Texas will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, August 5, 2019 at Greenacres Mausoleum. The family will receive visitors 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, August 4, 2019 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Frances went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 in Burleson, Texas. She was born Feb. 19, 1931 in Ranger, Texas to Pearl (Templeton) and Oden Griffin. Frances was a retired public school teacher for Burleson ISD and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carroll Common in 2012; son, Stephen Commons; and brother, Wayne Griffin.
She is survived by her son, Timothy L. Commons; daughter, Alice Commons Mitchell and husband, Larry; grandchildren, Dewayne Commons, Kaleese Williams, Larynn Mitchell; great-grandson, Brant Williams; nephew, Bill Griffin; niece, Lou Ann McJimsey; and numerous other family members.
