Cathy Vaco
A memorial service celebrating the life of Cathy Vaco, 70, of Cleburne, Texas will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2016 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel.
Ms. Vaco passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born in Nacogdoches, Texas on July 16, 1945, the daughter of Ruby E.Means and William Edward Ard.
Ms. Vaco was a retired seamstress with Walls Industries.
She enjoyed handwork, Antique Road Show and was an Elvis fan. She loved her Dallas Cowboys and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Ms. Vaco was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Teresa Vaco; and brother, Howard Ard.
Ms. Vaco is survived by her sons, Floyd Vaco and wife, Lisa, of Rio Vista, Texas and Carl Vaco of Cleburne; daughters, Kimberly Trujillo of Fort Worth and Trudy Vaco; grandchildren, Kerry, Shawn, Steven, Jon, Erik, Chris, Katt, Antonio and Brandon; 11 great grandchildren; adopted daughters, Mary Fuqua and Kim Murphy; brothers, Johnny Ard and wife, Barbara, of Cleburne and Wayne Ard and wife, Brenda, of Fort Worth; and sister, Amy Louise of Cleburne.
