Oma, it is with deep sadness that I pray for all of you as you begin this journey of grief. May God's love heal your hearts, the grace of Jesus Christ comfort you, and the strength of God's Holy Spirit uphold you and give you courage. Memories will make you laugh, missing Roy will make you cry, and a good combination of both will bring you to wholeness again. My memories of this gentle giant go back to elementary school. He has never changed during those years--always sincere, supportive, honest and smiling. Now Roy is in a far better place, full of God's love and mercy.
