Funeral services for Teresa Ann Matthews, 66, of Grandview, Texas will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 9, 2022, in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Bob Slaughter, Chris Herrmann, Monty McCoy, Michael McCoy, David Thrasher, and Brent Landers.
Teresa passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022 in Hillsboro, Texas. She was born in Cleburne, Texas on December 20, 1955, to Eula Virginia (Newsom) and John Roye.
Teresa married Charles Matthews on August 14, 2009, in Cleburne and had worked at Rubbermaid.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Roye and her brother, Walter Landers.
Teresa is survived by her husband, Charles Matthews; mother, Virginia Roye, both of Grandview; sons, Monty McCoy and wife, Summer, of Grandview and Michael McCoy and wife, Kia Hanna, of Crowley, Texas; daughter, Tina Herrmann and husband, Chris, of Grandview; grandchildren, Avery McCoy and Cayson McCoy; brother, Dick “Bud” Landers and wife, Vicki, of Grandview; and a host of other relatives and friends.
