Mrs. Bailey was born in Chillicothe, Ohio on September 5, 1940, the daughter of Doris (Groves) and Fred Shope.
She served her country in the United States Navy and was a registered nurse.
Mrs. Bailey is survived by her sons, Jamie and Sean Bailey.
