A memorial service for Ken Williams, 77, of Joshua, Texas, will be at 3pm, Sunday, April 24, 2022, at Chisholm Trail Church, 7770 CR 1208, Rio Vista, Texas. Reverend Wade Yarbro will officiate.

Ken passed away Saturday, March 26. He was born September 26, 1944, in Altus, Oklahoma, to E.R. and Hazel (Smith) Williams. He married Doris Vinson Williams January 19, 1968, in Lubbock, Texas. Ken was owner of Williams Custom Jewelers, Cleburne, Texas.

Ken is survived by his wife of 54 years, Doris Williams, and their two children and spouses: Scott, Sr. and Monica Williams and Stacy and Gene Paul George. He is also survived by three grandchildren: Taylor Zane Williams, Scott Williams, Jr. (Amber), and Tomi Vetter and 1 great grandchild, Karson Wayne Williams. Also surviving are two sisters, Jane Vanderveer and Judy (David) Bridges; one brother-in-law, Troy (Sharon) Vinson; one sister-in-law, Judy (Gayle) Vinyard; nieces and nephews: Debbie(Ron) Haney, Mark Vanderveer, Janet(Terry) Huntley and Amy (Cody) Coalson and many great and great great nieces and nephews.
