Funeral services for Joyce B. Zacharias, 70, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 13, 2013 at the Keene Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 114 N. Fairview, Keene, Texas 76059, with Pastor Phil Robertson officiating; assisted by Pastor Russ Laughlin. The family will receive visitors from 5 – 7 p.m. Friday, July 12, 2013 at Rosser Funeral Home, 1664 W. Henderson Street, Cleburne, Texas 76033.
Serving as pallbearers will be Dan Zacharias, Gregory Zacharias, Andrew Zacharias, Harold Zacharias, Sam Zacharias, Don Short, and Kent Crutcher.
Joyce Zacharias passed away on Friday, July 5, 2013 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia, the daughter of Olna (Pierce) and Robert Black. Joyce was a loving mother, grandmother and devoted wife. She loved Jesus and was a member of the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church. She married Daniel D. Zacharias on Dec. 22, 1963 in Duluth, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Joyce Zacharias is survived by her husband, Daniel D. Zacharias of Cleburne; sons, Gregory Dan Zacharias and Andrew David Zacharias; grandchildren, Maysen Paige Zacharias, Regan Marie Zacharias, Morgan Ford Zacharias and Lindsey Jackson; mother, Olna Black of Stone Mountain, Georgia; sister, June Henley, Janice Short, and Betty Tingley.
