My Condolences to Phil’s family. I have known Phil for over 30 years. Professionally, I watched Phil become a critical element of the evolution of SACHEM from a small volume producer of products to a large volume, global producer of products and services. Not long after construction of the Cleburne Plant, Phil gave me my first tour of that site. I remember Phil as a kind man, who would ask about your wife and children by name and discuss various interests that included gardening and traveling. Phil was very smart but he came across as a very down to earth person who never forgot where he came from. He also had a good sense of humor. I could go on and on because I considered Phil a friend. He fought a good fight. He will be missed.
