Phil was a very good friend and good to work with. He hired me 15 years ago at Sachem and was my first boss. We worked together on several projects in Austin, Cleburne, Japan, and China over the years. Always enjoyed working with Phil. He was always kind and respectful to everyone. He will be greatly missed by many friends.
